I rarely ever send books in for grading, due to the time needed to get books back (I feel sick when I ship my books off and waiting to get them back is just too much for my limited patience).  That being said, I received the below book for Christmas and am considering sending it in for grading.  I know more photos/scans would be helpful, however, this is what I have available right now.

Thank you in advance for taking a look and letting me know your thoughts...
