Returning to Submission Center status for weeks now 1 1

Hi CGC-Team, 

have some questions about my last submission (#1401010083). It's been on "Returning to Submission Center" for weeks now, despite the holidays it seems like quite a long time. My last order didn't take that long to get back to Munich.

Also, I can't see any grades. Is this only possible when they are back in Munich or is this just a display error?

Hello @IQNQ, thank you for contacting us. Yes, it is normal that you will not see the grades posted for an order that is being sent back to the submission center where you submitted the order originally. The grades will not be posted until the order is shipped from them directly. I am checking with my team to see if they can provide the tracking number while the order is in transit to Munich. Please note that at times, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks before it is delivered back to them. I will send you a private message if we have that tracking number available
