Has the FBI gotten involved in the holder tempering investigation?

There is a case from March of 2023 where someone is facing 20 years for counterfeiting sport cards, certifications and wire fraud. The value of those cards is said exceed $800,000. A quick glance at CGC's affected comic list is north of $1 million. CGC has hired a private investigator and retained outside legal counsel; but what about an actual criminal investigation by federal authorities? Furthermore, do we really think this guy is the only person to have discovered the flaw in CGC's system?
