This is a decent looking book, but as you can see in the pics, the back cover is popped off both staples. Has some chipping on the lower edge back cover. Looks like some tide marks.

Book feels very solid though. Center fold is well attached.

No higher than 4.0, but water exposure on the back probably means 3.0/3.5

Blunted corners with color loss, edge wear with color loss, minor to moderate spine wear with a few color breaking spine ticks/stress lines, severe staple tears/detached cover, minor spine roll, small piece missing/small tears on lower edge of rear cover, writing on rear cover, minor to moderate staining/discoloration of rear cover.

Without the detached cover this book would be in the VG/FN 5.0 range, with the detached cover...GD/VG 3.0 

VG 4.0 - may be loose but not completely detached. 

GD/VG 3.0 - may be loose or even detached at one staple. 

FR 1.0 to GD 2.0 - may even be detached.
