hate to dig up an old question, but i guess better than starting a new one.... the credit would apply towards grading, but what about any custom labels? or pressing? or are those considered non-grading fees?

I don't know about labels, but no, it does not apply to pressing.

Based on the wording, I would assume only grading fees. Not the extras.

The guy who posted before me is just wrong.

I just communicated with the Customer Service Director regarding this.  Here is what it covers.

Sometimes it doesn’t apply to CCS automatically. If it didn’t catch it, we can contact accounting and have them apply it.
