Missing pages would be 55 thru 58 by most peoples count, the end of the Ted Parrish story. CGC counts each 2 sided leaf as a 'page'.

Jack Kirby cover.

Only 10 copies in census.

Corner chew does not touch interior art.

Classic flag cover. 

Very tough issue.
