How to make Submission cards list public instead of private 1 1

I am trying to share my list of submissions from last year and my nephew keeps telling me he can’t get it open and when I looked it says private is there a way to make the list public so anybody can access it?

Same here. Or, how do I add to a public set?

 

I cannot even request a set addition because it fails on submission.

 

Also, on the regular old pop report cards that you have graded for me do not have sets there.

 

Also, Also, in the pop report there are sets listed that I have graded cards for, but when I go to inventory and try to add to set, the set isn't there.
