I was wondering what grade do you think this is? Would this benefit from a clean and a press? Would that increase the grade?

6.0 ish. Spine stress, dents on cover, soiling (?) BC, color loss at title (to the right).

Maybe 6.5, a press isn't going to make this book worth grading. You can buy a nicer copy in the NM range for less than the cost of getting this slabbed.
