Pretty please grade my X-men #12 0

Thanks for helping me figure out where this bad boy lands. I appreciate your time. And I’m happy to grade anything that you put out there. I feel pretty confident in my skills, but need some back up on this one.

7.0, maybe 7.5 with a press.  I think the crease on the right front edge is the limiting factor.

I can't tell what that white stuff is about Angel at the top of the cover. Barring that, the small crease might cap this around 9.4, so maybe 9.0/9.2 depending on if that are spot is a scuff or similar. A quite nice copy & there tends to be some leniency when dealing with a silver age or older books. The newer the book, the more little creases will be scrutinized.

I would say 8.5 minimum. The crease on the edge, the ding on the upper right corner and wear on the lower left corner should keep this out of the mid-9s, but a generous grader could maybe go to 9.0-9.2. But a really beautiful book overall. And white pages too. The wrapping is off a bit but the bound edge looks like it's kept its color and gloss. Pressing might improve the upper right corner. I'm thinking the color fade above angel in the title is a printing defect?

Looks very sharp and the 'blemish' above Angel likely printing in origin and won't count against in the least. I'd say a 9.0 is realistic.
