consider contacting CGC customer service directly.  They get paid to help folks submit books.  CGC customer service contact info can be found on the cgc website.  If you click on the big "CGC" in the top left of you screen, you will find the CGC website.

No I submitted it as magazine.  I just assumed it was always magazine due to it's size.
