He never attends conventions, I wonder if It is possible to get his signature in some way. Are there any facilitators in Japan? Now that CGC is opening offices in Tokyo maybe It can be done.

Any advice will be appreciated

I'm not sure of anyone who would be able to facilitate something like this. However, Felix Comic Art has had some color guides for sale by Otomo on his site. I'd bet that those pages came from Steve Oliff though, from when he was coloring the manga for the US release. 

He's the only link I can think of between Otomo or anything related to Akira. Good luck with your search though.
