If I remember right - the artist didn't sell most of his pages and the pages that are out there were mostly given as gifts.

 

I'd suggest doing a search on CAF and emailing people who have one in their gallery.

I've e-mailed everybody with pages on CAF and the artists - getting some pages from this has been harder than I imagined! - Keith
