EBAY coupons are a fraud!

I just tried to redeem an Ebay coupon. After I entered the number and pressed "redeem", I get a message that I need to press "redeem". I do so and I get a message that I need to press the "back" button twice etc. I press it once and get told that the page has expired and, of course, I need to start all over again. Bad public relations, plus a warning to all not to buy a gift certificate from Ebay or you may actually be out money.

They've worked for me when I used them this past month.Why don't you contact eBay or Paypal?

Contacting Ebay was my first thought. The "contact us" button is nowhere to be found and now I find out that it is out of commission and even the "Help" link has no way to actually communicate with Ebay.

It sound like your browser is having some sort of javascript error on the Redeem button.

 

They work fine for me.
