8. Spook #27  - 2.0  - 3 points

9. Batman #237 - 9.0 - 5 points

10. Mysterious Adventures #15 - 2.5 - 3 points

 I whiffed hard on the MOR but good round overall with 10 points

My guess was 2.5... it's pretty well stained... so happy here too.

I don't listen to myself. The edges and corners of this book were really nice on both covers. The spine wasn't beat up too much either. Thought about a grade higher than the 2.5 I gave it because of these attributes but I dinged it really hard because of the "heavy" and mostly apparent (from the pics) staining.

Very pretty book. The creases kept me from giving it a higher grade. Still presents nicer than a 5.0.

I should have given them the grades CGC bumped them up to instead of the grades I think they deserved

one bullseye (MOR), and 3 grades a whole point low

It's weird the moderns (and I guess that's what I'm calling the 1971 book - I just don't look at stuff outside of the GA often) give me the hardest time.  I feel like they get the opposite of the supposed GA bump but mebbe that one's not quite new enough for that effect -

Well, it was either that or go back to my pile of Detective #359s.

This was overall my toughest round. No bulls. I was hovering around all of them but didn’t nail any. Those CGC graders are wrong.

It was my best round thus far with 2 bullseyes (My Own Romance and Spook) for 14 points total. Under graded Batman by a full 2 grades though.

Out of all the grading contests I've entered since joining the boards, this round was possibly the best I've done at grading...

Bulls on the Batman; the others were 1 grade off... but
