CGC Stance on Foil Cover Imperfections 1 1

ive just acquired a foil cover comic and it came with imperfections, the vendor states that these are from the mfg process and should not be dinged if  submit for grading....
ive asked my fellow forum members their thoughts in the section below, but wonder what CGC stance is for foil imperfections?

Hello @forbiddenwon, thank you for reaching out to us. Except for missing parts, when genuine printing/production errors are found, they do not affect the grade of a comic. However, each book submitted is examined individually and we unfortunately do not have specific guidelines to share. We would need to see a book in person to confidently determine if any defects would ding the grade or not. So sorry for any inconvenience!
