What does the red mean? 2 2

Question....while looking at the submission tracking, i noticed that for one of the orders, the submission number is in red. What does that mean. Is there a problem?

Hello @Frankynstyn, thanks for reaching out to us! Happy to help with your inquiry. I dont see any problems with your submissions! All is well on our end. The red-linked submission number simply means that the books have been verified and a detailed description of the collectibles was entered into our system. Any submissions where pressing was selected will show the same red-linked submission number once the books are done with pressing and verified before grading.

Hello, good afternoon, I would like to know how to verify if a signed comic reached you, because I try to write my order number in your system and it tells me that there are missing numbers.
