PGM - Ghost Rider #1 2 2

I cracked open my collection after 25 years and I'm considering having some of them graded (I haven"t ever looked into this before).   I'll take better photos this weekend, but I'm just curious if...

1) cleaning and pressing will be beneficial

2) If this is even worth having graded.

It had a rough life it's first 15 years, being stolen back and forth between my brother and I before I grew up, backed and bagged it.  It wasn't "collectable" until I see today values on the series.

Thanks.  They were quick pictures I took this morning before finding this forum.  Will get better photos this weekend.

I'd guess VG range but more complete pics are needed. Cool backstory. Please update.
