FWIW, I am arbitrarily collecting the run only up to issue # 122, the last issue with the strip on the left-hand side with the character heads, which puts an end to my run circa 1954. In the same very arbitrary way, I only collect Looney Tunes up to issue # 125 which is the issue published in March 1952, the month for which I collected all published comics (which is what got me started collecting older comics). By the same token to preserve my own sanity I'm semi-arbitrarily only going back to issue #83 cover dated June 1951 which is the first issue without the MGM lion and the big rectangle logo: (Not mine.) My stepping off point is of course the 1962 issue where Gold Key begins as the publisher. Edited May 15 by Hepcat

It's already quite screwy to chase after these runs ... to do the complete run would just be too much space-wise and sanity-wise. I like the early issues the most when Tom's depiction has not yet been slicked down.

Hepcat
Bad kitty! Incidentally, was the phrase "Flake off!" in popular use anywhere in the States back in the 1960's? I know it got considerable traction in Pete Millar's Drag Cartoons as well but otherwise I never encountered it.
