There is no set timeline a submission will stay at one status or another. That said, as a reminder, the posted turnaround times are estimates only based on what orders are taking to be processed at that time. It looks like this order has now shipped. ABrian Posted Tuesday at 10:47 PM Share Posted Tuesday at 10:47 PM I am having the same issue, was told on Friday May 24th my book was in the shipping department since that morning & if it did not ship by the end of the day definitely on Tuesday, today is definitely Tuesday & it still has not shipped though the turnaround time was two days when I sent them in & still shows an estimated two day turnaround time today,Though it's an estimate there is an expectation especially considering the cost.
