ReHolder for a Skottie Young signed with custom Label 1 1

Hello, 

I recently bought a signed a CGC signature series from the Skottie young exclusive variants (Not directly from the kottieyoung.com page). I noticed that the CGC case has a loose plastic piece moving inside, I believe one of the case corners got chipped a little bit from the inside and that caused that piece to be loose. Also the label on the top is a little misaligned (Pictures Attached). 

If I decide to do a ReHolder for this book will it preserve the custom yellow Skottie Young (picture 1) label or will it only come back with the Yellow standard signature series label?
