Is there any way to track books submitted through a Con? 1 1

I recently submitted 4 books to CGC through a con back in march. Is there any way I can track the comics?

I could not locate an account associated with your email. Please contact us from the email associated with your account. If you did not create an account when submitting, it is likely this was submitted through a facilitator in which case we will need to direct you to the facilitator your submitted through for more info. Any chance you have a copy of the receipt from the show?

I found the customer copy of the submission forms. The forms have the email, phone numbers, addresses, as well as the name of the facilitator. I don’t know if that is the same thing as the receipt or not.
