Does anyone know the names of some companies to mail books to for signings and submissions at conventions? I’m trying to have a book signed at Fan Expo Dallas next month but won’t be attending the con. Thank you.

Hi.  When you go into your CGC account online, create a new submission with the online form link.  Click on "Start New Order."  Select your collectible type and then click on Signature Series.  You will then see a drop down box for CGC Authorized Facilitator Event.  The top drop down option is the list of facilitators.  You can click on each facilitator and then use the second drop down box to see which events they will be facilitating.  Just look for a facilitator attending Fan Expo Dallas.

Just an FYI... @Triston Pence is facilitating Fan Expo Dallas.

Bigger cons like Fan Expo will typically have multiple facilitators who will take mail in submissions for them. Two I have dealt with before who will be there that are very trustworthy are Triston Pence and Agents of Slabs. But, I am sure there are more then just those two also. But those are the two off the top of my head I know who will be there that I have worked with before and were great!

I haven't done any business with Wizard World/Fan Expo in years but see Danny Elfman is on the Dallas roster. Does anyone have experience with getting inscriptions? I know WW would actively sit at the table with guests and police them so they only sign names and nothing else, is Fan Expo the same way?

There's no simple answer to your question.  It just all depends...

I say just make the request for the inscription and see what happens.  Sometimes they say yes... sometimes they say no... sometimes money talks!
