Hey Guys do you think I should clean and press this book due to the stress on the spine and the color breaking I am thinking this book is around a 5.0/5.5 and not sure if a clean and press would help at all the whites are really vibrant on it? What do you guys think? Thanks in advance for the comments.

5ish is right. You might clean it to a slightly more presentable forn, but I doubt it moves the needle on the grade. There's not really any ROI on cleaning on grading, unless it's just a PC preference.
