rejection, any information? 1 1

I mailed in a comic, and after weeks I get the REJECTED email yesterday. I dont know the reason why, I was thinking because its not a standard comic. However there are graded ones on ebay, and it was in fantastic condition. I sent an email out asking what happened, no reply. 

Can I get some information on what the rejection was for? And any way to rectify it?
