This book is a lot prettier than the rest of my square bounds, was wondering what the consensus was on this one, thanks!

Looks real nice.  I see one spine crease, small crease lower left and overhang bends. I dunno how they rule on overhang.

Square bounds are tough to guess CGC grades. I've seen books grade "normally" and other end up several grades higher than expected. Based on my comps, I'd guess 8.0/8.5, but it could go higher in the right hands.

It really needs a cover page pressing and some light cleaning. 

No doubt it is high grade, but how high cannot be seen until the folds and creases are flattened out. 

The back also, of course, but outside of that dimple between staples I don't think it's an issue as much as the front,
since the hope here is that it could grade above VF, or even above VF+, but I have to question that until a pressing
