I think somewhere in the process, I selected "do not encapsulate" specifically for when the signature is not obtained on a facilitator SS submission.  I'm seeing this and wondering if it necessarily means that the signature was not obtained.

Thanks for your patience! Our Sig Team confirmed you are seeing this because the signature requested from Peter Weller was not obtained. When a facilitator takes in submissions for customers, the customer chooses their "unsigned preference," which is either universal grading or return raw. As you chose to return the book ungraded in the event a signature could not be obtained this is being returned to you raw. Thanks for checking! I am sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.
