Turn around once cards are delivered from fedex 1 1

Cards were received from fedex on 6/06/24 and have no update in my submission status that they were received, is this normal? Submission number CGC4177931456

Thank you for contacting us. If you send the tracking number I will be able to confirm that your package was received and scanned by our receiving warehouse. Please note the intake process can take upwards of 7-10 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking.  

You can also check on the website under Confirm Package Delivery with your tracking number and it will let you know that we have received it and it is making its way through the intake process.
