We do have an office in the UK that you can drop your books off by appointment and they will send it to us or you can send them directly to us. Currently, our Signature Series certification is only for signings where a CGC Signature Series witness was present to authenticate the signing at the time it happened. Testimonials, photographs, video recordings, certificates of authenticity, or any other proof of signing are not accepted. Any books submitted with an unwitnessed signature would be graded with a Green Qualified Label, indicating there is a name written on the cover without authenticating it. If you decide to submit these books you would select the signing for Rob Liefeld and then add you books. Please note we would treat these books as "Raw" books and we would grade them as if they were not previously graded. Starting soon, after the acquisition of JSA Signature Authentication, we will be accepting submissions for unwitnessed signings to be authenticated by JSA and encapsulated by us.   6. Hi @Kin3, Thank you for contacting us. All shipments are a direct signature required with restrictions that do not allow packages to be rerouted or the address changed once they have shipped. These restrictions are in place to protect the security of your returning collectibles and they cannot be removed or amended. If a shipment is unable to be delivered after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned to the sender. Once a shipment is returned to CGC and processed through our mail queue. We will contact you to confirm the shipping address and make the necessary reshipping arrangements. Changes to the shipping method and/or address can be made by replying to the RETURNED SHIPMENT email notice. Orders can be shipped to any address of your choosing; a place of business or directly to a FedEx location to be held for pickup.  (Note: FedEx has partnered with Walgreens to offer additional pickup locations. The address for the specific location is required). The RETURN SHIPMENT email will be sent to the account holder and the account holder must respond to that email directly to arrange any changes and re-delivery. We are working closely with our vendor and will work on getting those back in stock as soon as we can! Once the ship kit items are re-stocked, you can still use your discount code to place an order for one at the CCG Store! In the meantime, you can use your own shipping materials to ship your books in a similar manner. It is not required for you to use our shipping kits.   11. Hi @TSwift25, Thank you for contacting us. Dan Slott completed his signing at the end of March. If the order is going through pressing will be about 8 weeks from the date it was signed. If the order is not going through pressing it is about 6 weeks. Please note that the turnaround times are estimated, but we try and stay as close to them as possible.   17. Hello @kcm54, Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you would get the second credit added but the previous membership credit will still expire a year from the original sign-up date. For example, if you signed up on 5/15/23 and you decide to upgrade today the first credit will expire on 5/15/24 and your other one will be good until 4/15/25.
