I don't see what the big deal is. Everyone knows that comic books were not printed with tight tolerances or with good quality control and that widths and heights varied from book to book. This looks like a standard bindery rough cut to me, caused by dull blades and inattentive staff at the bindery. acclaim.gif

 

Everyone knows that comics vary in size and width as a matter of course...
