GIANT-SIZE SUPERHEROES SPIDER-MAN #1 1974 1 1

I'm think about sending this in but it would be my first Giant-Size so I'm wanting some insights on what they count off on most for these since it has a corner that's missing a little bit up the middle of the spine and has a couple of light wrinkles on the front and back covers but a solid copy overall. Thx!

5.0. You've got color breaking stuff right through the front cover. Better to look for a better and/or already graded copy given the FMV unless this copy has special meaning.
