dbcn
I have a submission with 6 books for grading & JSA authentication, with a 9.8 prescreen. The submission showed up today in My Submissions as Scheduled for Grading. I also received an invoice for the grading today, for the cost of all 6 books - does this mean all 6 books already passed the prescreen? I would assume that I would only be charged if the books passed… or, if the books do not make the cutoff, are the charges refunded? What’s the process here? Thx! Administrator MattM CS Posted July 23 Administrator Share Posted July 23 Hello @dbcn, This charge was for the JSA service. Unfortunately, there are a few glitches like this we are still working on since the addition of JSA to the OSF. If any of these books do not pass the prescreen, please send me an email at submissions@cgccomics.com with the submission number and I will process a refund for those JSA fees billed. Thanks for checking! dbcn
dbcn
Thanks @MattM CS - I would have assumed that the Pre-Screen would have happened before the JSA authentication. Edited July 23 by dbcn
