Picked this up for $2 at a thrift/antique store.  Debating on leaving it as a reader copy of having it cleaned and pressed.  TIA for taking time giving any feedback.

Two dollars well spent! But...giving this the old C&P would be an indulgence. Keep this as coffee table reader and put the money you would have spent on C&P towards a tidier copy. Although if it's pure curiosity/academic exercise and you're happy to see how it looks after C&P then who am I to say no. Those crinkles will be tough to remove though.

At a minimum you could grab an eraser and clean it up a bit yourself. If you have someone local that can do a basic clean and press for a reasonable price I would do that and then put it in mylar.  Still a reader copy, but then it will be a lot nicer looking.

 look at the damage a lot can be improved on the white areas 
this book could be a surpriser - but nothing is certain yet.
