KB!
Hi CGCCS, Hope all is well. I recently upgraded a card in my collection from a 9 to a 10. When I entered it into my inventory and went to add it to my registry set, I was surprised I was not prompted to replace the 9. It seems like the card may have two separate slots assigned. CGC 9 - https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1021323003/ CGC 10 - https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1401039661005/ I believe the issue may be that the 9 was labeled as "Retail" while the 10 is missing this attribute. This is indeed the retail version of the card. Also, a second issue is I cannot add this card ( https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1021323001/ ) to my registry. This card is the hobby version. When i attempt to add it, it will only give me the option to replace the retail version. Thanks! KB!

Regarding the first issue, cert #s 1021323003 and 1401039661005 are labeled as two different cards. If they are both the retail version, then you would need to contact customer service and let them know you think cert # 1401039661005 is labeled incorrectly. And regarding your second issue, if it is the hobby version then it would be the same issue as above. It's not labeled that way in the system, so you would need to contact customer service for this one as well. Let them know for both that you believe these two certs are mechanical errors and give them the details, that one is the retail version but not labeled as such, and one is the hobby but not labeled as such and they can look into it and assist you further.
