no sure what that triangle thing is on the BC. I can see this at 6.0/6.5 given the age. Maybe one gets lucky & it goes to 7.0. I am not good at predicting GA grades though.

This is Four Color #9 - 2nd Series Dell, 1942.

Yes this is high sought book.  Very rare to find the copy in high grade.   CGC may give you a gift grade - 5.0 to 6.0.

You can see the census for FC #9 vs Action Comics #1.  Both are definitely rare from 1938 vs 1942.

I'm glad you posted that census data, because I was having trouble locating it in the database.

And I investigated the back cover - turns out the "triangle" is a big damn hole. Luckily no paper is missing, but it's still an ugly tear. I spent about an hour unfolding the tear/flap as you see but I couldn't get that last little bit to unfold.
