Should the new request form have "New Set" in set drop down?

It doesn't appear to exist and the instuctions say to choose "NEW SET" but it doesn't exist there.

How are you supposed to request a new set exactly?

Actually, this IS there.  It's in the updated sticky thread if you go step by step.  I just used it!  :D

This is a bug that I have seen multiple times. Every time I ask about it the New Set drop down reappears. It is sort of like the check engine light when you take it into the mechanic. You are not imagining things

Believe me, the New Set option does disappear from time to time. I have scrolled through the whole list before and it just isn't there. Personally, I think it is removed if you make too many requests in a short timeframe but that is my conspiracy theory.

 

It should be pinned to the top of the dropdown IMO
