CGC refused my package? 1 1

Hello, wondering if someone here can give me an idea on why this happened.. 

I have graded half or so dozen times with CGC, just sent out an order last month. Here are the 3 critical updates that have me concerned....

I have seen a couple people say this could mean the package was destroyed or tampered with. But is it possible anything else could be going on?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The main reason we would refuse a package is because the package has obvious shipping damage. We refuse it so it is sent back to you to review the collectibles inside are still in the condition you sent them to us as well as all are accounted for. There is a slight chance that it could have been some other reason but we do not see that happen often. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
