Picked up a couple cool new convention sketches at the Jet City Comicon, one by Matthew Clark and the other by James Dean Smith. Good stuff!

It's not a Dr. Fate page, but I did just add a very cool WW2 era superhero page from Green Hornet comics to my CAF gallery, complete with classic politically incorrect caricatures.

I've recently added two new pieces to my CAF gallery.

Also, even though I think grail is an overused word, this is one for me. I've wanted a Will Eisner Spirit page for as long as I've been collecting art. There's no femme fatale on this page, but it has just about everything else I wanted from a Spirit page: a good punch, a crutch-borne tackle, vulture abuse and a darned fine explosion.

Thanks to Mitch I. for the opportunity to add a piece by this legend to my gallery.

I just picked up some original artwork by Larry Hama - It was originally a concept drawing I believe but IDW made it into the cover art for retail incentive cover for GI Joe #157! I'm very jazzed about it!

JOSE LUIS GARCIA-LOPEZ!!! I'm so psyched for this sketch. I haven't felt this psyched for a drawing since I got my first Infantino.

 

I got this insanely sweet Flash & Reverse Flash from Oliver Nome, who I'd never heard of before. This thing is so beautiful in person.

 

There's tons more new stuff in my CAF gallery. The NY convention was so crowded today I didn't even go into the comics area, and spent the day (and all my money!) in Artist Alley.
