I totally understand the delay of it being scanned in but if possible I would realllly like confirmation that it is in fact delivered as I’ve been sitting on that bulk order for some time now and all of my favourite cards are in that order ! After I know it is in-fact at your facility I’ll be able to breath a little easier :) Here is some info ! Carrier tracking may indicate that your submission has been received at our office, however, it can still take a short amount of time to reflect within our online submission tracking. With your tracking number, I was able to confirm your package is currently in our warehouse's intake queue now. All packages received move into an intake process where the contents are inventoried and compared against the submission form as validation before moving forward into the grading process. Should there be any discrepancy encountered with an item itself, a missing or extra item, or any other concern for that matter, our customer service team will reach out for clarification accordingly. Please note, the intake process can take upwards of 5-7 business days before the order will reflect within online submission tracking. This period is accounted for in the overall estimated turn-around time displayed at the point of the submission. We thank you greatly for your patience while we process your submission! PeteDorr Posted September 13 Share Posted September 13 Mine was delivered August 29th and was FINALLY scanned as received today (16 days). I did bulk and turnaround time when it was delivered on the 29th was still “5 days,” it took so long to be scanned the turnaround time is now 11 days while my cards sat there. Not sure how that’s accurately accounted into the advertised turnaround times. They need a faster/better system for this stuff. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
