Anyway to get yellow label from x-men 97 whatnot exclusives!? 1 1

So what are the options if any to get a yellow cgc label on the new whatnot x-men 97 gold signature foils?

 

most people are cracking them live on stream so there is validity that they came from the packs.. or does cgc need to rip the packs to validate they are the sigs.. the books are fairly rare, 1:50 signed gold copies.. 

 

just curious.. or will these books forever be slabless!?
