Does a form need to get filled out prior to attending CGC in-person grading show?

CGC will be grading at the Baltimore Comic Con next weekend. It says they will take submissions Friday and Saturday and possibly Sunday. Do I need to fill out anything prior on this site, or just show up?

Hello @Mite-O-Dan,

If possible, to save yourself time at the book/show, fill out the submission form for onsite grading BEFORE attending the show. This is not mandatory however if you can not get it done in advance. This can however cut the time you spend at the booth dropping them off from 30 mins to 5 mins which is alot of important time that could be better spent enjoying the con. 

The form for on site grading is now available so be sure to get this done if possible.
