Unable to add cards from recent order into CGC Registry Database 2 2

Hello CGC Registry Admins,

Could you please assist with getting the two following cards from a recent order added to the CGC Sports Card Registry.  Each time that I try to add them I receive an error message (see attached screenshot)

(6000798018) Baseball 2020 Topps Diamond Icons Relics SPR-MR Mariano Rivera

(6000798025) Baseball 2021 Panini Immaculate Collection Relics 20 Mariano Rivera

Hi!

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve. I don't have any timeframe on when it may be fixed, but I will let you know when I have more information. 

In the meantime, the cards do come up correctly on our certification verification tool if you need that for selling or trading purposes. Below are the links to both certification numbers for your convenience.

I used the link in this thread to find a card I have that - likewise - will not add to the CGC Cards Registry - https://www.cgccards.com/certlookup/1401041145014/

Out of curiosity, can CGC say WHY these cards - @TwoYewts and mine - will not add as usual? This is not the first time this has happened to one of my cards, and, yes, it was added eventually.

I'm fine with a "techie" answer.

I don't have any information currently on why these cards cannot be added. This issue is still being worked on by our team.
