first take on thread trumps p.m. negotiations, but i do welcome reasonable counters.  domestic s/h on me, we'll have to figure out border-crossing postage that will be on buyer.   return ok, but let me know w/in 3 days of delivery.  p.p. fine.

i just bought a 9.0 slabbed one, to have all spidey silver age covers certified.   and yet, my raw book is 9.2, ow/w and nicer than my new one--a case of "buy the label, not the book"...   it simply wasn't worth he time/trouble of sending it in for grading at this price point.   anyhoo, this one here for $125, shipped---less than i just paid all told for the 9.0.
