help on grading ultimate spider-man #1 (blue variant)

i already have this book graded, but tis form PGX, just wondering what u guys think CGC will give this? some pictures below.

A fuzzy spine is the bane of modern comics, like marvel chipping was in the Silver-Age.

 

Since it's production problems that comic could have gotten a 9.0 but I couldn't grade it any higher than 7.5.

Ah; modern comic grading. My speciality. I go through so many of them and know that almost every Ultimate book has this problem and even so I get a 70-90% 9.8 passing rate. Possible 9.8. Send me the book, and I can doctor it up for you and I'm sure it can hit 9.6 if not higher. I'm not joking. If you're interested send me a PM.

are you kidding, 9.0 for that?? even 7.5? the rest of the book is almost perfect. not to mention it's production error, i mean come on u wouldn't give a book like this higher than 7.5...?
