Does anyone know the story about this piece? From what I gather, Romita did the Spidey vs Goblin half on one board and the other half on another board. Is the Peter vs Harry half still around as well? Any info would be appreciated.

The story is as follows:

Spidey versus Goblin done on large piece of vellum. It was shot and size reduced to a stat that fit on the standard size background image of Parker and Osborne. Both halves exist. Heritage sold the vellum Spidey/Goblin on a reproduction twice-up background image of Parker and Osborne. The original background of Parker and Osborne was sold a few years ago as well.

If you did manage to get both original halves, they wouldn't work with each other since the vellum piece is so much larger than the background.
