Grading opinions on Sub-Mariner #59

Always loved this cover. Classic battle between Thor & Sub-Mariner by Everett, noted as 1st battle by Overstreet. I think I have the scan sizing down now, may need to play around & adjust the whiteness of the back cover as it is again difficult to see. My main concern on this book is in the upper right area where the pages seem to fan out from the cover. It's much more noticable in the scan than when holding in hand, but it is there. Also there looks to be a printing smear in the same corner where the color from the lighr blue bar was smudged over the top area.

9.2, maybe a 9.4..the contrast makes the BC spine hard to see...
