That's the first Daredevil I bought at the convenience store. Love those picure frame covers from Marvel. I count 4 light spine stresses, plus the minor blunting on the top left corner. Old school that was a solid NM, I'd say 9.2/9.4. Beautiful cover & staple registration.

 

I used to love the old Marvel cover layouts with all the background people on them, unlike the pinup shots of today. Romita used to draw buildings & always had people hanging out the windows watching the action, ahhh the good old days.
