PGM my ASM 121 and 122

I'm a novice at the grading game, but I have read Overstreet's Grading Guide and I just wanna see around how accurate my grading of these two comics is. Thanks in advance!

121: 7.5. Would be an 8.0/8.5, but the stain on the top back knocks it down to a low VF. Also, the top edge is cropped off in your scan. Any flaws?

 

122: Took another look and edited my grade. 4.0. Might go lower depending on if there are front cover tears or not.

Didn't see any flaws on the top edge. Just got cropped off by the scanner and I didn't notice it.

bigger scans needed for me to tell. The OO couldnt find a notepad to do their math problems on? Sheesh.

4.0..I think writing being on back keeps it from lower grade..
