The above list includes some of your likeliest candidates. Some (eg Conan, Silver Surfer, X-Man) I'm assuming are Bronze or Silver Age editions, not a vol2 from the 80s or even newer. And for a lot of these you'd probably only consider grading them if they are high grade although there are some obvious exceptions. Post some scans and I'm sure you'll get some specific advise from forumites.

I used to work in a bookstore back in high school days and people woyld come in and want to sell oldies. Then I'd add new issues of what I thought might turn out to be hot issues. Some I guess are and some aren't. I'll try and post a few scans of best of lot and some #1s. How exactly do I upload scans from pc to post here? Thanks for help.

I really don't think EC are reprints. Inside front cover year 1950. All Vol 1's and 10 cent price tag. But can I e-mail front cover scans and let me know. I'm having trouble uploading to this site. You can also see front cover on eBay auction listing. under seller "michellewcom". Please let me know what you think. I can also pm you scans.

can i offer a word of advice?

 

if you tell us that these are comics you found working at an old bookstore, don't point us at your eBay auctions that state you're selling your "dad's collection."

 

because it will look like you're making something up, and if there's one thing this board doesn't like, it's deceit, even if it's unintentional
