What effect do printing roller wrinkles have on grade?

There are a lot of SA age books commonly found with roller wrinkles...you know, the "tire track" looking thing across the cover...DD #7 is very common with this defect as is DD #53 and a few other issues...does this affect the grade in an other wise looking 9.4 or 9.6 book?
