This set of only five books probably took me the longest to assemble from the creators on board. I prefer cover artists over anything else, and Muth has only made one convention appearance in God knows how long.

 

And we're never getting Bradbury again.

 

When Dave McKean did SDCC this year, I was able to get the last book.

I had this with me for SDCC 2011, not knowing he cancelled that show. He usually goes every year.

Captain America Comics #1 German reprint CGC 9.6 S/S Joe Simon

 

I've had this for a while, I sent it in through a mail-in submission near the end of 2011 before he passed away, and I just got a good scan of it today. I always thought it was ironic that there was a German edition issued when the Germans were the main bad guys in it.
